Pink and Green again……
Not really sure why I keep teaming up these 2 colours but I do like it!
This was a birthday card that I made for the lovely Jenny, with a digi stamp from one of my favourite artists ever – Krista Smith - I don’t think that I will ever tire of her stamps, they are the greatest! If you have not seen her digi’s yet, you must visit her blog - and in the near future she will have a new website for us to purchase her lovely’s from!

Very pink birthday Ciara
Hi all
This was a commission for a lady at work, whose granddaughter would be 2 this month. Ciara is a girlie girl, so had to be pink, with her name and age and lots of sparkle…. I think I did well here!
The image is the lovely LOTV and I loved colouring in this one, what a sweet pea.
Grandma loved the card, and hopefully in a few years Ciara will do so too, but mummy has put this away for now to keep safe :o)
Hugs

Gonna miss hanging around with you
Hi
This is a card made for a lovely lady, who was moving to another part of our team, so she was not leaving us, but would not be sitting with us every day, so I thought that this was a perfect tribute.
The lovely bright photo was PUURFECT for what I wanted, and the rest of the card was decorated with stamping and die cuts. This is a biggie for me 8x8, but it needed to be so we could all write a little something.
She did love the card, and to be honest we do still see her most weeks, at meetings and stuff, but we wanted her to know that she would be missed loads!
Hugs

To our mum
Hi all
When I saw these lovely digi’s from Pink Gem, I knew that I would have to buy them! And she has also done a version with Mom – I love it! and on top of that we even get coloured in version, so we can do quickie cards when we need to.
This is what I made with my first one, and I have another one to follow in a few days!
My aim with this was to do it for a boy or girl or both to give to mummy, hence why pink and blue is the theme!
Hugs

Birthday Princess
Hello all
Here is a card that I was asked to make for a lady’s niece at work. The description was purple and princess….. I think I did that :o)
I used a easel card, as I had some many elements that I wanted to use, I had to give myself as much space as I could!
My friend loved it and said she was going to write on it so carefully as she didn’t want to spoil it! aww :o) I really did enjoy making this card, and I am sure I may be able to do another later in the year as I have 5 nieces myself, although they seem to be more into dvd’s and make up than fairy princesses!
I would like to enter this into the new challenge ‘ALL THAT GLITTERS’ over at J & C Creations, which is one of my local craft stores in Maidstone, Kent. My mum is law is also on their design team, so I want to wish them well with their new challenges and I PROMISE I will enter every month! :o) I think I have enough glitter…. Paper, carriage, butterfly wings and the crowns – let me know if more is needed lol.
Hugs

Birthday blues and birds
I don’t know if I will ever be able to give this card away, it has to be one of my favourite of all time, and the original idea was nothing like this lol
The ‘fans’ as they now are, was a circle and the Tilda was sitting on the circle, but it just would not work, and then the accident happened, where the ink pad fell on the folded circle, so I had to cut it up….. and I am so happy for that little accident.
Items used on this card were:
Card/paper stock: 6x6 cream card base, pink dotty paper from Bird Song first edition pad, bird paper, blue folded paper is DCVW, cream die cut
Image: Tilda
Embellishments: gold peel off wrapped around fans
Sentiment: Craftwork cards
Mediums: Promarkers
Tools used: Oval Nestabilities, Big Shot machine, Scorpal, Stampin up circle punch

Re-cycled
Hi all
Here is a lovely card that I made from a birthday card that was received by me. I love how the brown and bright pink colours work together.
This card was a tall card about 25cm, but I decided that I wanted a square card, so I cut the main body and then cut out the flower and layers them where they was duplicate pattern, then fixed this on to a black 6x6 card base, with a white matt. The gems really tied it all together.
Items used on this card were:
Card stock: Kanban black 6x6, Kanban White
Embellishments: Black and pink gems from Meiflower
Sentiment: recycled from the card also
Tools used: just my scissors and guillotine
See you soon
Hugs

Is anybody out there……
HELLO ALL – I am shouting to see if any of my followers are still here…….
I have been absent quite a while from my blog I know, but I have been crafting, and do have a large number of cards to show you all, so these posts will be short and sweet, but I am going to get ahead and start using the scheduler to at least show you guys some of my creations.
This first card – I have to say that I love it.
My mum in law and I went to a crafting workshop about 3 weeks ago at Oyster Stamps, where the lovely Paul Church showed us some techniques with Clarity stamps. I didn’t make this card at the event, but the very next day, whilst the ideas and mojo were still with me.
We had a fab day and signed up for the next one before we left which is on the 2.6.12 and the 3.6.12 – I think the Sunday still has spaces.
Items used on this card were:
Card stock: Kanban white, Stampin up Green, Bazzil Green
Image: Clarity Stamp – small leafy swirl
Embellishments: Wild Orchid Crafts flower in pink and cerise, rolled flower in green, lovely big diamond gen from eBay
Sentiment: Craftwork cards
Mediums used: Brilliance dew drop ink – Pearlescent Orchid
Tools used: Stampin up Oval scallop punch for backing of sentiment, Sizzix Eclips machine for butterfly (designed by me!) and rolled flower
I hope to see you guys soon, and will definitely be doing some blog hopping this weekend :o)
Hugs
